LPG automatic filling scale has following main functions:

(1) The platform can be automatically reset.
(2) The scale is switched off, when it reached the setup amount and it will buzz and alarm.
(3) It automatically record and save filling information of each gas cylinder.
(4) It provides every user with different filling mode.
(5) It visually display weight before filling, filling amount and weight after filling of each gas
cylinder.
(6) Inquiry function: users can inquire latest 10 batches accumulated gas cylinder amount and
total filling amount.
(7) Anti-cheating function: during filling process, if the platform weight decrease due to human
intervention, the handle will automatically bounce and the filling will be stopped.
(8) Preventing excessive filling function (optional): Users can set the maximum filling amount
according to the filling limit of each gas cylinder type.
(9) Users can input customer code and gas cylinder barcode so that to realize sales management
and gas cylinder track management using wireless communication module.
(10) Wireless communication function (optional):filling information can be transferred in real time
to software in customer's computer, so that the filling process is monitored in real time. Customers
can inquire gas cylinder filling details and summary.
(11) Scanning function: Users can directly scan barcodes of gas cylinders by using the scanner
which can automatically record and distinguish the status of the current gas cylinder.

Here are the process of filling bellow for clearer idea, very simple to operate according the steps:

1. Place the cylinder on the empty scale platform and scan the cylinder barcode(press the scan key, and the laser line will be aligned with barcode symbol)

2. Open the valve(pressure handle) and start filling

3. After filling, the data will be transmitted into software system. Automatically cut off of the arrivak quantity and wirelss transmission of data. Through the software, the daily filling data and files can be statistically summarized.

4. The software system updates in real time and uploads the filling data to the network platform.
